I have it. You can download remotes made by other users with the codes. I guess that feature wasn’t available during the time this video was made.

The USPS number is only for delivery confirmation, not real-time tracking, so you wont see the notice change. Neither will we. You should see the package in the next couple of days, but it can take 2-4 weeks depending on customs and local delivery. You can also log into www.usps.com and type in your customs transaction number and you will be able to see the status on your delivery. I do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. My order took 2 weeks, from L5 Technology to me in Hong Kong via regular air USPS.

I guess I was lucky, previously when I had a question, I was able to receive a respond to my inquiry within 24 hours.

Horrible company,ordered the remote around a month ago and still yet to receive the thing,have notified the company but have received no response….awful company i would stay clear of l5 technology in the future and wouldnt wish anybody to do business with them again

I really don't like the fact that you have to learn every remote. The Re from www.newkinetix.com has a database and has lots more features. I found the layout of each remote to be a bit tedious on the L5. The Re does that for you, then you edit as you want.

I saw on the L5 website that it doesn't work with some satellite systems. Did you try that, find out if it will require new hardware?

The angle is fairly narrow. I have not measured it but it is about 10 degrees horizontally and even less vertically.

I find the L5 very interesting and would like to buy one although I have one issue.

In how big angles does it work.

Lets say you point the L5 directly in the direction of your TV. That is an angle of 0 degrees. If you point the L5 in the opposite direction of your TV that is an angle of 180 degrees.
Today I use an One4All remote which works fine in angles from 0 to 80 degrees.

What degrees will the L5 work with.
